Job Overview

With the continued rise in online shopping, and the age of home delivery, working as a warehouse operative has never been more beneficial career path.

Working as a warehouse operative is a challenging role that requires good organisational skills. It is a very process-driven role, as you must follow instructions, processes and procedures clearly and correctly at all times - keeping paperwork trails and reports up to date whilst you work. You must be efficient and able to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring you achieve quotas and deadlines on a daily and weekly basis.

A warehouse operative can be a very manual and physical job, requiring the movement of products and packages across and throughout the warehouse. The warehouse environment is also more similar to working outdoors, with many places of work being at lower temperatures.
