Job Overview
Working as Customer Care Steward is a customer facing role. It requires an individual to have clear communication skills, good personal confidence and patience. As a member of the Customer Care team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the safety of attendees at some of the UK’s largest sporting and music events.
You may be responsible for guiding attendees to their seats, assisting with crowd control, ticketing, bag checking or a number of other duties that are essential for any major event to go ahead. This is a key role and as a customer care steward, you must have the customers safety at the fore of all duties making this a top priority at all times whilst making sure that customers have a memorable experience.
